Also, at ‏‪52:38‬‏, Colby asked if there is any way they could help, and Amanda immediately said "she", then "she is". Colby and Sam immediately guessed that it was talking about Chloe. I think it was talking about Amanda instead. Think about it. Amanda is a medium, so she can see them, as seen from the moment you entered there for the first time, And she can hear them more clearly, as when she saw her she heard the word "Madam" a few times (at ‏‪1:53)‬‏. I think the voices we were talking to were trying to explain that Amanda was the only way to help them because she could (maybe) somehow release spirits. To me it reminds me of the part that had her name written on it, which is also considered a portal and there may be stuck spirits there as well. Maybe you should check if it's true.

I heard that same exact scream at 44:05 when I was 10 or 11. I went on a tour with my grandma and my aunt. During the tour I heard that scream and I looked around to see if anyone else had heard it but no one seemed to have heard it except me. I even asked my aunt and grandma and they didn’t hear anything. I also took a picture in the courtyard and I’m pretty sure Chloe was in the picture but it’s gone now. At one point, before the flashlights were responding..half of Sam's face was blurry & almost gone (due to the darkness).. Reminded me specifically of what the tour guide did with the playing card on the portrait of Kate, the little girl who died young of yellow fever. Remember, one side of her face was normal & the other side showed her looking when she was suffering/dying from yellow fever. It showed on her face & (including) her arm. I wonder if this is something Paranormal or did the artist do this as a "life & death" portrait? ?🖼🖌🔮
