I really believe that during Karl's solo investigation, Molly was trying to let him know that he is okay. He kept apologizing and Molly kept turning on the light as if she were saying he's okay to be here. The flashlight that moved could have easily of been someone else. And it took a while to turn off when he asked if he should leave.

I was chuckling at the end with Noah provoking where I had to make sure I wasn't laughing so loud given my SO and kids are asleep (yes, watching this at night). And I would say a ten is having so many various experiences that there is no question in your mind that the paranormal exists.
