Amen! I couldn't have said it better myself. I've been so disgusted and disappointed with the comments in the last few vlogs. It IS none of our business if someone is having marital issues, etc. When we witness something that has us wondering, how about just sending support and love their way instead of judgement and cruel, rude and/or invasive comments. It is one thing for them to let us into their lives by sharing their videos with us, but that does NOT give us permission or a right to know all of the details. Everyone just carry on living their own lives while enjoying C&K's videos and sending happy vibes and supportive comments to others.

No Cullen!!! Set up your tank and let the water “cycle” for a week, then test your water. Either get the strips or take a sample to petsmart to get tested. Once your water is safe THEN add the fish. 😉

sammigans It can take up to four weeks for water to cycle. You can buy an API master test kit to text the water parameters; should be 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites and relatively low nitrates...preferably below 40ppm.

Hey, guys! Curved and circular tanks are dangerous for fish because the curvature of the glass distorts their vision, forces them to constantly swim in a circle, and produces a strong stress response; some countries have even banned the sale of curved/circular tanks and fishbowls because it's seen as animal cruelty. Id suggest not putting the fish in the playroom....thats where boisterous kids play.....they dont usually mix too well with large glass tanks of water. Safer in the den (living room) then you dont have to worry whats going on in the playroom 🤔😘

It's because they are more adult oriented. Kids like daily bumps because Brian sings and all the adult stuff they do behind the scenes. Where Cullen and Katie took us along for buying a house, issues with the kids etc. Its way more appealing for adults then kids

Watching Brooks run across the floor at the play center is so cute. Cullen, I think Brooks looks just like you. He will be your little adventurer. Katie, your Mom is so sweet to spend time with Gaines. We lived in Atlanta when our kids were young and both of our parents lived 500 miles away. So during the summer time they would go spend for two weeks and visit back and forth with their grandparents.

Guys just letting y’all know that circle or round tanks can make the fish paranoid and if you are going to use fake plants make sure they are soft with no rough edges because it can hurt the fish. Before putting the fish in the tank make sure you regulate the fish with the temperature of your tank (so let the fish sit in the bag floating in the tank with water) also temperature is very important know your fish and what are the ideal temperature of it so if anything you most likely need to buy a heater for your fish.

That's too small of a tank with that much decor, you'll being taking up precious swimming space. Smaller the tank the more unstable it is water quality wise. I know a 30 or 50 gallon tank sounds like a huge undertaking, but there are easier to care for and keep the water quality in balance. Seriously I promise! Plus you can have more fish! If you want goldfish you'll need 20 gallons of water per fish as they are HUGE waste producers, they however are fairly hardy as you don't have to worry about a a heater malfunctioning. They are cold water fish. But don't get a cheapo Common/Feeder Goldfish, unless you plan on getting a monster 75 gallon tank in 6 months. They are a breed of carp and get very big, at least 12 inches in length. Get Fancy GF, Fantail, Oranda, and Ryu Ryukins are my personal favorites, they all have beautiful fins and tails. Happy Fish Keeping! Oh I forgot, check into Cycling your new tank! You'll be less likely to loose fish, as the proper health bacteria will be in place to support the health of your fish :-)

Michigan’s weather is flip floppin too.😂 Wednesday it was in the 20’s with snow on the ground, Thursday it was in the mid 50’s and raining and the snow was mostly gone and you could see the grass, then yesterday it didn’t even make it to double digits and it snowed the entire day so the grass is covered again.😂

30 gallons is WAY too small for goldfish and they will quickly outgrow it. I suggest getting some guppies, mollies or swordtails. All super pretty fish and easy to care for :)

Your fish issues are so much like mine. I’ve never had luck with fish. But we had a single sucker and single goldfish that survived and we stopped there haha. You’ll figure it out. But it is good to run it a bit to neutralize the water.

If you're going to have that big of a tank you will need that storage space for supplies! Not blankets! 😂 We are currently rocking a 10 gal for a betta and a snail. :-) you should look into sand for a substrate. We like it a lot more than gravel! Good luck!

You need to cycle your tank, the tank you saw that was on a stand had no shelf’s because you put a fish tank filter sump in the bottom of it, fish are not disposable, you need to take time to read and educate yourself on the fish you want and the sizing needed to accommodate them, goldfish need like ten gallons each because of how much ammonia they put out! I love you guys but please read up on cycling a fish tank and choose a new fish species and do some Research on them
