I had an SC with the 1UZ, I fitted Bilsteins, Lowering springs, 2 way LSD, dual 3 inch exhaust and headers and topped it off with a MINES ecu. It was an N/A weapon! I miss it so much :/ Give us a walk-around Jimmy!

Honestly the EK civic wheelbase does really good for drifting. The stock steering angle and everything it snaps back pretty fast. I've never been able to hold a slide but the angle and speed I could approach turns for giggles at the track was insane.

Done this before back in 03 in highschool. All I did was get AWD turn it sodeways pull front shafts and then crueldely welded the end of the driveshaft from the s10 to the civ shaft. S10 rear end fits underneath the rear, little but of fab work making mini tubs, and then get over fenders. Looks like its supposed to be widebody.. Shallow lipped wheels.

I'm sure that's kind of the point of doing the swap with a KA. It's also kind of safety net. Very cheap in the off chance something doesn't work out and the swap doesn't work out. (Versus spending the money on a SR20 right off the bat)

For my accord awd swap. I used the s2000 subframe. It made it easy to make support and weld In the s2000 frame as a box and reuse the control arms.

Jimmy use a radiator from a 1st gen vw corrado it allows you to mount the rad in front of the rad support and give you a few inches of space

Look into 01-05 civic and RSX front struts and steering rack. The steering rack on them cars bolts to the firewall way high up

another option thats probably cheaper compared to a custom frame wouldve be taking the whole floor and framerails out of the donor car with the steering rearsuspension and the innerfenders / mounting points for the struts and all , do the same with the civic and mould the rearwheeldrive bottom and the front wheeldrive bodywork together shorten or stretch and strengten the bottomplate where needed

Bro i Love out of the ordinary swaps! Me I'm swapping an L52 and a Aisin AR5 5 Speed from a 2008 Chevy Colorado into my 2002 Cavalier. Coupled to a MK3 Supra Rear sub-frame. Stock the L52 has 220 hp as opposed to the original LN2 hp of 115. Almost double the power and Potential. Im Also going a HUGELY different route with my MK3 Supra. That will be getting an AWD conversion from a AWD 09 Trailblazer LT.
