Love watching this during lunch. As an Asian kid with a huge and by huge I mean I've got over 10 uncles and aunties with 2 to 4 kids each. My reunion dinners were always great, but sadly my grandpa has gone to a better place and those reunions are no longer a thing and it is pretty sad.

When I was on my OB rotation my attending laughed when I said “geriatric pregnancy.” Updated term is advanced maternal age!

Keep the full name! maybe in some places you can shorten it to SASS when you refer to it? but otherwise I think it could be confusing if it was completely changed
