I find that new parents tend to go through things like this. The relationship isn't what it used to be, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. My son's father and I split up when my son was 4, I was heart broken! We both got so into parent mode that we changed. We neglected each other, we were just a shell of what we used to be. We spent years finding ourselves again and just trying to be the best parents we could possibly be. Coparenting is tough but so worth it! After 5 years of coparenting, we ended up back together after found ourselves. This wasn't planned but it happened. Either way, I hope the best for you guys. Luna seems like such a happy little girl and she's going to thrive even more with 2 HAPPY mommies! ❤❤❤

A friend’s parents rented two flats above each other and my friend can just walk from one flat to another like it’s one house (I mean it’s in one house), but really two separate flats, there are no clear days at for parent, and I find that to be really beautiful. Another mom I know made it so that they switch every week and work when the baby isn’t there and have all the time for the child when it’s there, but they also meet for dinner and such during the week. On Monday one brings the kid to daycare, brings the stuff to the other parent and the other parent picks the child up, so the transition is as smooth as possible and if the child misses one parent it will come over. Also I know people switching every few days. There are so many different options and I really hope you guys manage to find a good and happy making option for you and for Luna!

I used to watch my friends parents fight all the time and would think like wow my parents are so cool , they figured out they weren't a match and coparenting was better for them and I lived such a happy kid life.
