I think it would be smart to raise the house up a level and have the ground floor under it be a barn space and then then upper levels be the house, it would save room by not needing a separate area for the horse bed and trough. It could play into the Cosmo lux theme because his house is up in space not down on earth like the others

Rather than being the biological son of Mae and Semaj, Pablo imagines that he is the illegitimate son of a commoner and an Earl. In his mind, he was, of course, ignored by the Earl. He was kindly taken in by Mae and Semaj when his mother fell on hard times and died of pneumonia. If only polo and golf or tennis were in the game! He is determined to regain his nobility and make a name and fortune for himself through his equestrian skills. He may become the Mayor of Tiny Town on the way. As he gains a bit of Fame he will also breed and train the horses to supplement his fortune. I forget what his Traits are, does anyone remember?

And of course the grill and a picnic table, a little community veg garden, and a dumpster outside. Maybe even a basketball hoop. Like an actual community CENTER. Krystoph can sponsor it since he's the oldest and richest. LOL

Selling horses is more lucrative than just racing them, but it's not really fitness related. If you buy a mare, you can get $1K for each foal. You can also get horse age up treats to age them up earlier and train them. Championship horses sell for $20K+, so you would only have to sell one and you could at least build a starter home.

I know it was inconvenient for this and you found a way round it, but generally happy for my own gameplay that you can’t add a horse randomly to a ‘for rent’ apartment. I don’t currently own Horse Ranch, but if I ever get it I don’t want horses popping up in my apartments.

I do feel you with the rain ! I love brindleton bay but it never stops raining there so its hard to play in without using a weather machine On the other hand i live in england and it raining every day is pretty true to life for henford on bagley so i guess theres that at least

I also think that Brindleton Bay looks like an ugly green screen during spring. I moved my sims to another world because I couldn't bare looking at it 😂 and I completely turned off rain and thunderstorms in my game

Maybe make the bottom floor a barn and the top Pablo’s home so you can keep the feed and horse bed stuff in the barn. If it lets you maybe you can add columns surrounding the barrels or jumps to make more room for Pablo’s “apartment “ upstairs

I also recommend the weather and seasonal overhaul. It’s really cool. It sets each world to a real world region when it comes to weather. So, for example, Oasis Sorings would be like Arizona weather. So, not much rain and lots of sun.

How about putting the house part of the house on the second floor, like the counter weighted overhang build you did waaay back. That way, you'd have space for the horse and all the activities underneath. That'd be pretty cosmolux, maybe? Either way, great episode ❤

-Prairie Grass patches are really cheap: only 5 Simoleons. Definitely a good investment. -The Login Event has new nano trash cans that are much cheaper than the original (only 300 Simoleons) and they have a lot of good swatches. -Maybe Pablo needs to have a basement so that there is enough indoor space for him since most of the lot is dedicated to the horse. -Perhaps the Sims that make a lot of money quickly should focus on building up the Community Spaces? In my Tiny Town, most of the shared areas are actually in the basement. And every Tiny House has a ladder that leads down to the Basement.

during my super sim challenge, i added the activity "care for animals" to my family club, and it helped a ton with taking care of my horses, mini animals, and pets. you could also save money to buy or adopt another horse (or more) to have more daily competition opportunities.

LittleMsSam has a "check pet's needs" mod and it's a lifesaver! I haven't tried it on horses but it works well for cats and dogs.
