It's cheaper. Every country has skilled laborers. To import laborers is a customs & immigration nightmare. Housing, transportation and feeding hassle. And pay for the foreigner would cost you 3x more than a local on the grounds of travel, per diem, and hardship

Please consider visiting the urban areas too, where suicide cases have become alarmingly common among youths, with unemployment being one of the leading causes. Life in the city, especially in the capital, Lusaka, is incredibly challenging.
