Thank you for your feedback! I really appreciate your thoughts and suggestions. Here's how I approached the redesign: - While I didn’t include a traditional backsplash tile, the wall is treated with a durable, easy-to-clean finish to protect against splashes. It keeps the design minimalist and seamless, which aligns with the modern aesthetic of the space. However, adding a backsplash could definitely be an option if desired. - The upper cabinets are positioned at a practical height and are intended to store items that are not frequently used, keeping them out of the way while still accessible when needed. - The open shelves are for frequently used items, ensuring convenience and accessibility, while the lower cabinets provide ample storage for everyday essentials and heavier items. - The refrigerator was chosen for its size and functionality, ensuring it complements the space without overpowering it.

To clarify, this is a condo unit owned by our subscriber, and she plans to open it for rental. As for the sink, you’ll find more about it later in the video. Make sure to check it out. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for your comment! I believe there might be a misunderstanding. Ms. Edin is actually the owner of this unit, and she’s planning to rent it out in the future. That’s why some changes were made to improve the space and make it more appealing for future tenants. I hope this clears things up! 🤓
