Hey, TeamSnuggles. A bit of plantbased info; Hibiscus plants are whole-edible. The leaves, the entire flower (including the sepal, the green cup that holds the petals), the filaments inside. Panama has lots & lots of hibiscus, get some, grow some, eat some. That's it. Lesson for this day.

Every scene with Sadie is my favorite! Beyond that, you guys are terrific: hard working, fun loving, naturally healthy. The scenes of the road remind me of trips to Guatemala to do health care. One time our entire team had to walk to our destination past a road that had washed away down a mountainside. It happens. It was good to see the coffee growers rewarded for their hard work. A little advice , put a scrap of wood next to the T&G and tap on the scrap so you don’t mess up the T&G , and you should of put vents in the soffits, but you can still do it

That was a truly lovely video. Thank you for sharing your life with us. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I have 2 sisters who are serious coffee girls. I'm hoping that when I get paid on the 3rd of March, that there are 2 bags left! The idea of helping small businesses flourish just warms my heart. My children and I are trying to buy our clothing from small brands that are very careful about who their workers are and where their products come from. You have less, but better clothing that will last way longer. It IS more expensive, but you're buying quality that will last. And you know the worker is making a living wage that will support them and their families. I'm excited to get a chance at this or another of your coffees. Keep us posted on the U.S. roastery, too, please!
