Wouldn't the dad at least buy him a new laptop?/PC? I know the dad's not going to because for gaming but education system needs it. You at least need Windows 10 to work properly or an Intel i7 core to work schools etc.

I had a decent HP work laptop from 2016 specs were: 1TB HDD, 8GB DDR3 RAM, Intel Integrated (doesn't matter what cause they're all BAD), and it was 15'6 (given that people know laptops are commonly IPS) I used it up to the brink of death with a non-responsive "e" and "3" key plus choking with a mess of data and hidden viruses that which my friend identified one was a dragon cell virus. now my little sister uses it to watch youtube and get her Roblox account hacked. I now enjoy a PowerSpec G164 (bought from Microcenter) and ASUS TUF VG1A (also bought from Microcenter) The difference? I am not limited to Roblox anymore and the screen is nearly 2 times larger than what I was used to (took a week or two to adjust after nonstop use). Am very much glad he won, totally needed the upgrade (sympathy exists) lesson of this video: be gud boi and get gud fate ^-^

Low fps configs exist. also TF2 can be quite heavy on certain maps and playing against that one guy that has 3 unusual effects.
