Spending time at the beach is one of our favourite things to do! In this latest Bali vlog, we rode our hired electronic bikes down along Sanur Beach and had a blast swimming, stopping at a cafe for lunch and exploring new places.

Luckily there is a bike lane and a walking lane on the path in MOST areas. 😂 I'm sure you can work out which parts people either ignored the signs or there weren't any. Some parts made me nervous! 😅

Take it from someone who knows....dont leave it till your late 60's to move to Sanur. Go while you are still mobile and agile with good health. I'm lucky enough to spend 2 months every winter there now, but would have seriously considered full time retirement had we planned the move earlier.

Yes, that is true and it is lovely! You still get a little wet at Nusa Penida but only on your lower legs. 😄

What’s the process in hiring these bikes? Do you just go and ask at Bobby’s? Is there a sign? This looks like such a great experience, I would love to do this when I go in a few weeks

There is a small sign with 4-6 bikes. He will show you how to use it. Didn’t need to book. He hires them for an hour but if there is none available, there were other places along the same walkway that we’re hiring them out as well. They were a fun experience and we got to see heaps. 😊 Enjoy!
