Daniel, I’m not a hunter, but I think that shed would make a great deer blind/cabin. And yes, do get rid of that nasty nest of nightmares first. I’m glad you saw them. Dolly’s going to be remembered and missed so much. I’m glad she enjoyed her life there with you all.

I remember the first time I saw an “Arms family homestead” video. I had searched alpacas on KZbin and your video came up. So I clicked on it and experienced this cute wholesome family friendly channel. I was quite amused t the embarrassment the two of you exhibited upon the site of Rufus “the love machine” romancing Dolly. Lol I was hooked after that watching all kinds of content, from gardening, making soil blocks, dressing a rabbit, you sharing your faith to DeeJay crying when her not so little baby Huston got his baby curls cut. I was surprised to see someone else choosing Pensacola as their preferred vacation destination. I grew up going to my grandparents house in Pensacola every summer. We stayed their for the duration of summer break. As an adult I took my kids there on vacation too. You and your family are inspiring in more ways than one. I am impressed with your family and how far y’all as a family and individually have come in the past several years.

You all took excellent care of Dolly as you do all of the babies. Charlie cools down by speeding through the pastures. That’s how Sheriff Nugget used to do at Cog Hill Family Farm. Anna that’s how the two emus do at Hidden Heights Farms. Those geese are so mean. I never knew that geese had a mouth full of teeth until I started watching so many farm and homestead videos. Fascinating indeed! I love how all of the animals have perfect names to match their personalities. Those ducks better learn how to move out of the way. 😂😂😂

The heat there is extra brutal this year and so many farmers are losing animals due to heat stroke. I'm so sorry you lost Dolly. RJ is the next generation from both his parents, Dolly & Rufus. Charlie is a pill. He ran over that duck without missing a step. Lol 😂. Deer are such beautiful animals. We fed a doe who felt safe around us. I know this because she bedded down each night under our bay window. She even had her babies there. I wouldn't let my husband hunt her or the babies. But he did put a deer in our freezer every year. The corn farmers always allowed hunters on his property that he knew and gave permission to. Corn fed deer are the best tasting 😊. I did cry when Limpy Gimpy went down though last year. I loved your pig trapping videos. Will watch the new ones for sure. Have a great day ya'll 😊🦋🌺

It is the cycle of life and she had a good life on your farm. Daniel, I like how you take good care of your equipment. The equipment is not cheap and you want to keep it clean and well maintained so it will last a long time. We wish Weston the best at his new job! Those wild pigs have got to go! They keep breeding and having babies. We don’t have wild pigs in Michigan but we have gotten rid of more than two dozen woodchucks on our farm. They dig holes in the fields and under buildings.

Charlie looked to enjoy running down the ducks. Like a young road hoons, loving scaring older drivers in the slow lane of the highway. Quite a naughty kid, enjoying speed. Also loves to be stroked and getting attention, not at all bothered by the presence of the bigger animals. ❤❤❤

Using the shed for a hunting blind is a great idea since it's not an occasional thing to do for your family. If you ever find you'd need another shed by the trailer, they are easy enough to get. So I say, GO FOR IT!!! Sorry about Weston leaving, but as you say, he's young, 21 & he has to find his way. I hope he does soon, but that's his journey and hopefully he'll find his happy place. Everytime I see Charlie zooming around, it cracks me up. I can just hear someone doing a voice over while he's doing that. I believe he has adopted you as his momma. That shed looks like a bought one that was moved there and added the porch. If it has runners under it, it would be a breeze to move once the porch was taken off. So sorry to hear about Dolly. I think you have a great idea on making a deer blind, or a duck blind, with the shed! I've never heard you mention duck hunting. My daddy was a duck hunter and I sure miss having duck for Christmas or other special occasions. Yummy! I miss all the wild game I had in my younger years.
