We take a trip to Union Station in Downtown St. Louis to see the BRAND NEW Saint Louis Aquarium. I take you on a journey through the exhibits to see what awaits!
What was our favorite part of the St Louis Aquarium? It is hard to say. In honor of St Louis Union Station they have a very cool working clock aquarium full of discus fish. There is also a simulated train ride to the aquarium exhibits. Once you get off the magic union station train, you enter an area with a Missouri river and Mississippi river aquarium. The coolest fish here are paddle fish. It must be hard to maintain a paddle fish aquarium! They also have a pool of doctor fish and a south american aquarium in the first room. The next room includes a river otter aquarium, a interactive sand exhibit, and a piranha tank (watch out). Upstairs there is another part of the river otter exhibit, a touch pool with sharks and rays, a turtle tank, an water way exhibit and of course, Lord Stanley, the Blue Lobster! Next we enter Shark Reef after passing a number of coral displays. Shark reef and a number of great viewing locations and is full of young sharks growing to their full size. If you are traveling to St Louis, be sure to stop by!
We have a special announcement at the end of the video so please be sure to watch the whole thing! More to come next week!
