Use the magnesium spray on your legs at night before you go to bed. Very relaxing. I wouldn't put it on and go out n the sun. If you need to dilute it on your skin, use a carrier oil, such as coconut oil or sweet almond oil. Oil & water don't mix so water won't help much. But magnesium oil is good for you. Most people are deficient in magnesium. Take a good potassium supplement along with it at night. I have enjoyed your 127 videos. Glad you had a safe trip. You sure found some pretty country!

Narcissus is a pretty little white flower. They are the December birth month flower. The only reason I know that is because I have a bouquet of flowers that represent the birth months of my children tattooed on my arm and now I am adding my grandkids flowers . 😊 They love that I am still getting tattoos 😂🤣funny side story … I had the most recent one added 2 months ago and when I went to pay they said the man that had just left had paid for mine. He was completely covered ,even his face, in some pretty scary tattoos and had more facial piercings than I could count. They told me he kept saying “Respect man” and then got a little teary eyed and said that is a cool old lady. I was touched and reminded that you really can’t always judge a book by its cover. 😊

I live in NW GA. The 127 Sale official starting point is the Nocalula Falls Park in Gadsden, AL, which is worth seeing for the falls. You could start there and head north to Ft Payne/Mentone, but I would suggest then jumping onto I-59 (with a quick stop to see Cloudland Canyon, and then heading up to Signal Mountain, TN and going north from there.

Kayla, when you first use magnesium spray/oil if you have burning or tingling that is a sign that you are magnesium insufficient-it takes 20 minutes to fully absorb & then you can wash they area for comfort. If you continue to use it that sensation will decrease over the next 5-7 days. I typically spray it on the he sole of my foot unless I have a Charlie horse or muscle spasm or tightness. Magnesium helps with about 150 functions in your body. I have used the seven minerals brand from Amazon for 6 years, 7-9 months worth for $15-$17.

I was thinking about your comment & I realized that I had more doctors than I can count advise me to take magnesium, yet I have NEVER EVER been tested for a insufficiency/deficiency in it, but for Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron, and calcium levels I have been tested many many times, yet hmmmm never for magnesium levels. Now I would accurate measuring is essential & to go by the typical doctor’s recommendations to only use 250-300mg per day, because more is not always better. And for the best absorption you need to put magnesium oil on the sole of your foot, typically 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime, because it does aid in sleeping & 1 to 2 sprays on particular problem, say a Charlie horse in your calf area is all one needs to knock it out. It only takes 20 minutes for your body to absorb what it is going to absorb.

Typical doctor recommendation is 250-300 mg a day-the brand that I use 7-8 sprays equal to 250mg. And the bonus for me is none of the common gut issues associated with taking magnesium, couple that with much better absorption, and much much less cost per month-for me it’s a win-win. Also check the quality of your magnesium oil-they are not all created equal……
