Nobody sings this like Glen. You could almost picture the scenes from the Bible as he sings this song.

Thank you for sharing this! It is my all time favorite song of the Cathedrals. This particular performance, is the one I enjoy most. Kirk Tally, has a beautiful tenor voice. In my opinion, this song should be done by a group, on every Easter Sunday. It is the epitome of what we have as christians, to look forward to. Again, thank you.

This was my wifes favorite group, of all. As I'm sure they were lots of people. Michael English was her favorite singer.

Verse Once on a hillside, people were gathered Hoping to see Him, as thousands were fed He touched the blind eyes, healed broken spirits He moved with compassion, while He raised up the dead Verse #1 Once on a hillside, people were gathered Watching as Jesus was crucified No one showed mercy, to the one who had healed them Yet, Jesus loved them, as He suffered and died. Verse #2 Once on a hillside, people were gathered For Jesus had risen and soon would ascend Then, as He blessed them, He rose to the heavens And gave them His promise to come back again Chorus: We shall see Jesus, just as they saw Him There is no greater promise than this When He returns in power and glory We shall see Jesus, we shall see Jesus, just as He is!

Pray for Kirk to regain his voice and his destiny....singing for God. It is what he was created and anointed to do...

This is also my favorite Cathedrals song. Normally I prefer Danny over Kirk, but on this song Kirk does the better job in my opinion.
