thanks. Yes, Cappadocia is a beautiful place. I live in Kayseri. medium sized city. about 50 km from Cappadocia. away. There are many historical places. There is a natural bird sanctuary. I wish you could see it this close.

I like how you travel because of mostly people staying İstanbul and saying we travel Turkey! If you don't travel in anatolia you don't travel Turkey, in anatolia each city unique culture, unique food , unique hospitality . If you visit small villages they have a village house for unexpected visitors in the house everything is old tradition all villages people look after you each house brings food drink they wash your clothes you sleep beautifully bed ! If you have a time you can rent car or caravan to see real Turkey.

You must visit Hatay, Gaziantep for very tasty Turkish cousin. Gaziantep and Hatay might be the number one kitchen in world by themselves. I strongly suggest you to try : - İçli Köfte, kebap types, the best baklava in Turkey, kunefe Katmer ( especially katmer is the king among turkish dessert )
