Literally! I work at a department store in the shoe department, and some lady called me complaining about the website wasn’t letting her log in. She got mad when I told her I couldn’t help, but I’d transfer her to customer service 😂😂

We almost were not able to spend christmas wth our family here either! I live in Montreal, and my bf's family lives in a city in the north-west of the province of Quebec (if you don't know, the provinces are HUGE in Canada). It usually takes us 8 hours to drive there, including the bathroom and food stops. It took us 10h30 on the 23rd. For the first 3 hours, we drove at 40 km/h on the highway (it usually is a 100 km/h highway) because we couldn't see the car in front of us. And then for the last 2 hours, it was pitch black and it was snowing again, so we slowed down again. Horrible and stressful weather. I am glad you guys were at least together in your favorite city for christmas, and not alone stranded somewhere. I hope y'all had wonderful holidays and keep up your good work, I love your vlogs they crack me up every time!

I was flying southwest to my parents new house in tucson arizona and im lucky i even made it there. All my flights were cancelled going back home the night before. We found a flight on a random airline that took me to Minnesota and my boyfriend drove 6 hours to pick me up and then we drove home the next day, a mess!!! first time taking PTO and now im traumatized to take more😂😂

yes our flight was cancelled twice! once on the 23rd and once on the 24th - christmas eve we were already at the airport and had checked our bags, kept getting delayed then finally cancelled and we couldn’t get those bags back. we vlogged every day but things just didn’t go as planned so we just combined the last few days into one
