Lots of good info in this. Me and the 15yr old are planning to hit DL2023 - and coming from the states, RIP is obviously the option for us. I was looking for general answers - you covered a lot of it! I'm an old time festival bloke - did numerous Glasty's and old Reading before i moved, but the kids hyped for his first big festival - your vid is making the decision to go so much easier - if youre there in 2023 - beers on me!

Gareth said in regards to the car park post code. Your best off following donington park farm house post code and just follow the signs from there as it depends where your camping and what route you’ll need to follow :) hope this helps

Nice video 👍I’ve done RIP for a few years but not been to DL since 2019 , back again this year though and thoroughly looking forward to it It looks like the changes they’ve made to the location and layout of the village are a good improvement Just waiting for the site map for this year to be published 😀

Hello my love I’m so sorry I didn’t reply I thought I had 😭 The cabin package was 1,600 for this year however we believe the price is going to increase 😔😔😔 id recommend checking back on the website every day to see if theirs any updates! As for headliners I’m thinking slipknot, Metallica and def leppard? As long as ghost, twin temple, creeper or sleep token are their I’ll be happy! Hope this helps and hope to see you next year! Xx

Hello there! Thank you so much for watching! So we found we had decent space to keep our clothes and get merch aswell! Keeping it dirt free not so much! We just hid a lot of stuff under the bed! Hope this helps! X

Can I ask are they quite private or open because I am quite anxious about getting my body out infront of people! Thanks 😊

Hey Anna! Thank you so much for watching and comment. Okay so with the shower situation its a cubical you go into so nobody can see you. I recommend taking the MINIMUM with you if that's possible. So I'd go to the showers in my pjs and change my underwear but go back to the cabin in my Pjs. It meant I took a lot less and there was more space for me to get changed. The showers are small, and I recommend going EARLY because that's when their the cleanest. I really hope this helps! Please message me if you have any other questions! Rock on and see you there! Thank you so much for this vlog, as someone who has bad anxiety and likes to plan things far in advance this has been so helpful!! This vlog also helped me decide if I should camp in RIP and it will be my first time RIP this year!! Just a few questions with the RIP parking do you have to pay for it separate from your main ticket or do you just get it included and they send a parking pass closer to the event? Also I was thinking of not paying for the shuttle and just walking, have far was your walk to the camp?🖤

Hello my love! Not at all! Thank you so so much for watching! We’ll be out and about near the crew huts this year so if your ever stuck come find us! Okie dokie to answer your questions your parking comes with your package. They SHOULD send it to you in the post up to a week prior however ours turned up when we were there 🤣🤣🤣 as long as you take your confirmation of your RIP tickets you should be fine. In regards to walking, they didn’t open up the walking route until the buses didn’t turn up (hopefully they won’t do this again this year!) it was mainly due to a bus breaking down. The walk is about 15 minutes give or take it’s not too crazy :) I hope this all helped bab! Xxx

Hey - me again. Getting ready for RIP announcements soon - i hope. Question: Did you pay for the RIP option and then buy an additional ticket? Surely the prices on ticketmaster arent per person (1500 quid) - 3K for a festival seems off. I tried contacting some other sources and no one replies. So i though "ask someone who went last year" Cheers

Hi Alex, I did all the booking for us for this year and for next year and the tickets come as part of the package. We hope you managed to get one as we have experienced there was quite an issue regarding RIP tickets and we only just managed to get ourselves a Crew Hut. Hope this as of use and hopefully see you there in 2023!

@@GJTyphoon1991 yup. We ended up scoring a crew hut for 3. Downside is no bedding, but i can blag some easily ;) - upside is - price was about what we were looking at and a little extra space for the 2 of us! The kid is super excited to be going. Who am i kidding, we both are!!!
