Th ask for review, I totally agree about room decor, lighting including washroom is way outdated and need some TLC ASAP That way you can justify its charging price even little higher would of been okey because if its location and casino presence but as of now I’d skip and check out other hotel near by for example The Noble Hotel (2300 pesos per night), I stayed there and its new hotel with great decor and even its kitchen in room as well as its minutes walk to Ayala Mall Let’s Hope Waterfront management reads your reviews.

ive been to seda, movepick, and waterfront. among these 3, my number 1 pick would be waterfront hotel.

Waterfront location and common areas are fine but the room is just underwhelming. It is so bare and outdated. Hopefully they will refurbish it someday.

😮when I was there at the casino in the section where it was dark where they keep the old slots, I saw a big ass rat scurrying on the floor. I try not to play in the back area where it is poorly lit.

Gosh that's not good to have rats running around in such prestige place. I hope they sort their rats and lighting issues soon.

Hello, thank you for your review. I'm considering this hotel but also open to others there in Cebu. I would like to know how are the walls in the room, meaning can you hear your neighbors activities? Are there any resorts in Cebu that you think is worth considering? Thank you for your review.

Hello. The wall seems fine to me. Couldn't hear the next room. Not sure if it was occupied or not. Don't let my experience keep you away from this hotel. Maybe I was just unlucky. As I only stayed in this hotel in Cebu City, I'm sorry I couldn't recommend others. Perhaps you could search Mactan area if you don't mind travelling further. Resorts there looks good. Take it from someone who lives in Cebu. I highly recommend Bai hotel and Nustar both a 5 star luxury hotels.
