I am so happy for you both! I recall the issues of labor this last season. I recommended that you need to do what is best for you and Kelly - being less labor intensive. I am the former cabinet maker that did not invest in my business with the new equipment that would have reduced my need for so much labor, that labor cost me my business for not being competitive. God was helping you at the auction!

This is great! Your old picker may still be solid, but I would say that the buggy and especially the module builders are past their prime. This definitely seems like God is placing the tools you need at your disposal. Just hope that you can find any potential problems before harvest so everything runs as smoothly as possible during. Congrats on the new picker. Make sure you make your insurance pay out for diminished value on the truck, not just the damage. With the high resale price of trucks right now, you should be able to get a reasonable check for it.
