Can i just say? If the day comes where I have a bestfriend who is ride or die enough to come over to my house and make this 10kg birthday cake for my toddler, and then I get to pull an all-nighter with my future partner making this ridiculous giant birthday cake just to surprise our kid and see them smile (while sharing a glass of wine along the way) AND do a little happy dance together after we see our kids reaction, i think that'll be the day I know I did something right somewhere along the way in life. I always get emotional seeing how ollie and lizzie treat and celebrate their daughter. They love her so much but not in just the "ofc is my daughter" usual way but in like "i'm loving this tiny little actual person so much and I want to make her happy and safe". after all that hard work, it was so heartwarming to see Juno's bright smile!
