Thoothukudi macroons are introduced back in the day by Portuguese and is made up of egg whites,sugar and cashews.. crunchy on the outside and airy on the inside🤤🤤🤤🤤just melts in your mouth when you bite it. Even though I don't like sweet things, then mittai is an exception. It is soo addictive. That orange ones are not proper ones, usually brown then mittai is more tastier

Those thaen mittais are actually used to be made with honey rather than sugar in olden days so that's why it got its name as then mithai I had one made with honey but those are very rare
