Baking soda, lemon/like juice, 1 drop of water, and 1 drop of dawn dish soap. It cleans verry good and doesn't remove color. Unless you use it on something stained, so happens to be something white. Best method, in my opinion.

It worked so well but i added some perfume directly to fabric because of the achohol in perfume ,some washing powder and achohol wipes .instead of baking soda I used bicarb it worked like a charm. THANK YOU SOO MUCH

Baking soda is a miracle product. Notice how all the toxic harsh cleaners used in the video are essentially the same product? And they didnt even work the best lol You’re being scammed and poison at the same time.

I'm a 41-year-old American woman, and I still find myself doing this from time to time. I'm very gentle with my bags, but every now and then, I might accidentally bump it or it'll slide down a bit too quickly before I have a chance to really react. Coming to rest with a soft thump. Next thing I know, I'm uttering an apology to it aloud. Sure, it sounds weird, but some of us are just that nice and sympathetic

wtf are people going on about with holes? there is a tiny hole in the bottom left square right? wtf does that have to do with cleaning the bag? North east and south east were the top 2 results... but then again, I really came here to see how to clean a bag that has logos on it and designs... would you scrub the logo? probably not if you cark about damaging it... but the hole doesn't matter anyway... this video is about cleaning, not selling the bag or using it if there is a hole...

Oxyclean needs hot water to activate. So thats why your oxyclean did not do anything. That spray assumes you'll wash it in warm to hot water after treating.

This is not true.. u can use normal water but it will need more time to activate

@@breh9320 yeah more time than there is in the cycle. Also the temperature does matter here, so if normal means room temp that's still too cold.

Fresh stains are easier to come clean than older stains, rying doing some older ones and lets see how that works out.

I usually use detergent for my backpacks so yeah that works or even baking soda and viniger for stubbern stains

Do you have a tutorial for hanging sleeve bags. I was on the beach tanning. But got too much sand into it. Regular wash in the laundry machine? Or just regular hand wash with water in the water tap?

This is odd… so the goal here is to clean dirt off fabric, meaning I would imagine the ones made for fabric would work better. HOWEVER, Dawn dish soap is one of the best gentle degreasers for cleaning your kitchen. Also, baking soda is abrasive which can help with scrubbing sometimes, and lemon/vinegar is acidic which can help sometimes, but if you combine the two, the end result of the chemical reaction will be pure water and CO2 (the gas emitted). It is much better to use them individually unless you for some reason are trying to take advantage of the gas release.

If the whole backpack has yellowed, that sounds like natural aging to me. Book pages and clear phone cases do the same thing over time, usually around five to ten years and onward

I question the mental state of anyone who treats their bags this way and lets their backpacks get this dirty (excluding desert and construction areas and MAYBE painting artists). I wouldn't be caught dead doing it, regardless of the price I paid for the product. I know this was for "testing" purposes, but it just feels so unrealistic. And the fact these backpacks cost $130+, it just makes my soul cringe at this stress test even more
