She ain't no friend. She is messy! Now she threw her friend under the bus by saying her Resume is fraudulent. Then she has gone on a said that her friend lies.

She is messy and the plaintiff is fickle. She tells her friend "Let's go on this vacation to celebrate my new job...I GOT YOU"....meaning she is going to treat her friend to this vacation....and then she wants to get made that her friend is not contributing anything financially, apart from her plane ticket, but she doesn't sit down and talk to this friend and come up with a solution. She just silently fumes and then sues her friend for NOT helping to pay for the hotel....even though the plaintiff admits that she DID say "I got you." She didn't say "I got FOR NOW, and you can pay me back later. She didn't say "I got you, but can you chip in on the cost of the hotel?" And I think the defendant DID take advantage of her friend's generosity by making these expensive, international phone calls and drinking all that booze and not offering to help with ANYTHING.

In my friend world, if I say "I got you, sis", I GOT you and that means it's on ME! PERIOD. IF I mean pay me later, I'd SAY that. She wasn't clear, and now their friendship may be ruined. Use your words, people!

Did we just watch an entire case and then in the end the defendant asks if she can go in a payment plan, I'm just wondering if anyone else heard the plaintiff say you don't have to pay me back we just talk bout it on the next vacation

What’s wrong with looking nice when you’re poor. My mom bought our clothes from thrift stores, cut and styled our hair, and were taught to look our best when we left the house no matter where we were going. We were hip to arrogant snobs in society acting as if you’re poor you should look like a gutter rat. When poor people do look tacky and are not clean then the arrogant snobs want to say that they don’t know any better. Hypocrites.

It only becomes an issue when they can't budget, I once met a dad who was fly with the designer pants, tee, shoes and bag to match but would constantly be trying to "borrow" money for things related to the kids..

I love that money didn't ruin this friendship. At the end the plaintiff told the defendant she doesn't have to pay. Well, why take her to court. The defendant asked for a payment plan (too cute). Good intentions to repay. BUT, don't say I got you and leave it open. Instead, say, "I got you and you can pay me back later"... A friend told me she has me and I wasn't sure what she meant. For me, if I don't have "me", I won't go!

I think the plaintiff felt she was being wronged by her friend, and after the judge explained what the defendant had interpreted from "I got you", the plaintiff understood and was willing to let it go. For her it wasn't about the money, it was about feeling wronged, but realized it was just a miscommunication

Me personally as an adult, I need specifics and to clarify. If someone says I got you, like the judge said I would follow up with, “are you sure? You’re able to pay for it, or I can pay half later or pay you back later” then that person can clarify because just as much as you assume, they can assume you understand the “gray area” . So I thought the judgement was fair… and I’m a single mother, I don’t use it as a crutch, either I go or can’t afford it BECAUSE I’m a single mother by choice…. Period! Not that single lady’s fault

that last lady is scamming people. I wouldn't buy anything from her. She should not be a breeder. I've owned 3 chihuahuas and never had any of these issues.

How is she a scammer? The dog was purchased as pet home only so the person wasn't supposed to breed the dog at all. I breed xl American bullies and the puppies that are intended for breeding purposes are sold at a different price than pet home. So if anyone was scamming, it was the defendant who bought a pet home only puppy knowing he intended to breed that dog. She had every right to sue. And if it was me in that situation I would definitely sue. The prices of the puppy are different because the one you intend to breed, you are making money off versus a pet home only. But you would know that if you were a real breeder.

This is common for purebred dogs. She explains the reason is to prevent inbreeding, which is harmful for the animals. He knew when he bought the dog that this was a pet only dog, and it's why he got it for a cheaper price. The price for a dog that you intend to breed comes at a higher price and has to go through more protocols when you breed it to make sure the dogs are healthy. They may have cut it out if the edit, but they probably meant breeding it with other Labradors, not just any other dog breeds. So, how is she scamming him if he knew ahead of time these were the rules?
