Pre eclampsia is absolutely terrifying. I guess if someone is educated about this risk it's you but please, please, please be so alert and vigilant!! It almost cost my Mom and my brother their lifes and the doctors never got tired of telling my Mom how much of a wonder it was, that they both survived and that my brother did not suffer any long term effects of his birth circumstances. So relieved it was false Alarm, though. You will have your girl in in arms so soon🥹

Your body is built for this! You're tall and your body knows what it's doing growing these little/big ones! It's amazing that way! I know it's scary for you but try to remember that the longer she's in there the more developed she'll be when she arrives! They're ability to suck and digest well is key to the last bit in the womb! You should look into grounding, it's also called earthing. It's shown to be extremely effective and fairly immediately with inflammation and circulation. It's literally natural, you touch the earth and get out the excess negative electrons and quite literally ground yourself to the earth. Both the earth and our bodies have electrical conductivity. So spending 20 to 30 minutes daily sitting in the grass watching your son play or gardening or petting a cat that's standing on the ground, it helps. You can even get bed sheets that plug into the grounding spot of an outlet. I have yet to do the sheets but I've noticed my pain go away and my body tension release and I'm playing barefoot outside with my son so I'm bonding with him without realizing I'm earthing. I want the sheets too. I thought I'd try to reach out and let you know about this option to aid you. If you Google anything about this you'll see what I'm talking about. I'm no one professionally trained in this. I'm just a girl with 2 kids living in Oregon who has loved your channel since I found out I was pregnant with my son 3 years ago.

Yes!!!! I sleep on a grounding mat every night & it has literally reversed my arthritis & put my Lupus into remission, going on 5 years now. I lived with chronic pain for years & grounding changed my life. I don’t know why more people don’t talk about it. I don't know how you guys do the traffic and insanity of driving in Los Angeles! I live in a small town an hour outside of New Orleans. New Orleans is a miserable city for driving! All the one-way streets uptown, 5ft. Deep potholes! The stop lights are in unusual places, hanging above the intersections, some on the side of the intersections! My daughter has lived in New Orleans for 12 years, and I still get all befuddled & lost every time I go over there! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm 5'0, 105-110 lbs, and I carried good sized twins, almost 12 lbs of baby. I was scared that I was too small to carry two, but our bodies are amazing. Our 3rd was a singleton but I went over 41 weeks, and she broke my bottom rib turning very late in pregnancy. With 2 under 2, you'll naturally adjust. Our youngest three, one then twin, were 2 in 11 months. The first months are exhausting but then you figure out the schedule which works best for your family, and it all falls into place.
