Good luck on the hike. They have improved Bethel somewhat looks like 1 tent campsite now. Bethel and Grindstone are the least favorite campsites. Lol. Sparks Creek is a favorite and has good water.

It’s a pleasure to have you comment! I know your a local fan of the PMT also. Yeah I will for sure not be camping at Bethel creek again! Being so close to the trail and the terrible terrain. I’ve wanted to camp at Sparks Creek. I’ve camped at a few sites there but not that one!

Awesome video my friend! Just did the Thru hike with As The Crow Flies Hiking and Senior Hiker 77 and it was perfect. The weather was great and you got all the views since the leaves were off the trees. Congrats on accomplishing this goal!

@@SouthernHike Yep! There is a three part series that will be released next week. I think that this series is one of the best yet and hopefully you will enjoy the different perspective of the trail. I will be joining the association soon as this trail is awesome! Such a great trail for anyone getting started with longer distance hiking. 1st video will be released next Thursday.
