Thank you mate 😁🙏🏻 we literally had a friend who wanted a path or patio done so we left site and went and started that, then I jumped on an app called Nextdoor and just started scrolling through and started doing all the small crap jobs, then a few patios came up and just blagged I knew what I was doing. If you start advertising your stuff on Facebook and Instagram friends and family see you’re active and it snowballed. It literally is week by week we are waiting for the phone to ring last minute 😂

Mate do you have any advice for getting an apprenticeship . I did my 3 year bricklaying course at college and left in 2021 but the last 3 years I’ve been taking care of my mum because she had a stroke

Fair play to you mate. Have you got a cscs card? If you haven’t then get one, once you’ve got one I would either go find your local building sites, I’m talking the big ones and go and talk to the foreman and see if they’re looking for improvers, if not just ring around and ask but you’ll need a cscs card.

😂 well we had no work at all so it was just a fill in job, we could have earned ok had everyone been putting a shift in but everyone wasn’t so it started getting long and unfair. It’s paid the bills for December and January though so could be worst. Yes mate the baby come along last Tuesday, she’s absolutely perfect 🙏🏻 have you got any kids Dan?
