Racehorse often have sheep as companion animals. They take them to the race courses as well to keep the horses settled in their stables. The horses and sheep share stables. I'm in South Africa and sheep are also used with orphan elephants and rhino's that are being hand raised.

Macho and Antares are getting a bad rep here. sounds unfounded. will someone come to their defence? the HERD project in South Africa (check out their YT channel) do employ the help of sheep to raise orphaned elephants. the sheep proved very helpful.

Usually goats not sheep as stable companions to horses. Horses/sheep are not the best companions as sheep graze too close to the ground. Sheep are also just not smart, seriously not smart at all. On the other hand horses and goats are fine to be turned out together, and are great stable companions. Goats are very smart (dog level smart) so can be trained, and don't spend their lives trying to unalive themselves as sheep seem to do!

Most KZbinrs say the pressure to produce content is VERY high stress! They say an average 1/2 hour video takes 3 + 1/2 hours to edit. Of course some would be less, but that's still a huge chunk of time. Many of them have to breaks from posting to take care of their mental health. I'm sure they love the positive feedback, as well as the income from ads, but there are 2 sides of the coin for them.

I have chronic illness that I can only eat thru a feeding tube. Finally got the small button tube and my goal is to do something like this. I don’t have the funds due to medical bills. My 14 year old medical service dog passed away a few months ago. I’m so thankful a trainer matched me with my new medical service dog in training. So what a blessing. It thank u all for every video.

The sheep are Zwartbles, I have them. If you take a little time to get them used to you they can be super tame and come for scratches etc.

Hi Matt and Jesse, What a lovely and cozy place to relax for a weekend, one day is too short. Loved the grounds, by the water it looks like they had a mill maybe for wheat? I am trying to remember a time when I got my horse all fancied up before going on a trail ride, only you Matt 😅. But then I competed a lot and the horses probably would have thought it was another show and would not have been in relaxation mode. Horses look great and I love the atmosphere (something we have a lot of here in the States). The stabling is interesting with them putting out of town horses next to babies but a very nice facility. On to Part 2!

Great video as usual. I’m curious about your horse van that you transport the horses in. Could you do a little video about it? Like what size vehicle is the horse box built on, how is it to drive? Do you feel every move the horses make? Does it feel like if they act up at all that it could tip over? We don’t see that type of vehicle in Colorado, USA. Thank you so much.
