Honestly this would be such a great thing for people. Not everybody needs a car. If they get to the point where you are a few minutes from having a warm car pick you up and drop you off anywhere, anytime, I'm all for it. Clean, well maintained fleets without the need for people to get blood clots and hemorrhoids driving around all day.

Haven't had a chance to try out a Robotaxi but I'm looking for to doing it in the near future. The technology hasn't gotten so incredibly good over the last few years it's unreal! I like being able to control the music and temperature and being able to talk freely like Charlotte said is another bonus.

Waymo is my default nowadays in the city. It's way more trustworthy than the average Uber driver. It's impressive how it handles unexpected events like ambulances, absentminded pedestrians, construction, etc. It's not perfect (no driver is), but I've always felt safe.

Pretty soon Ioniq 5s will be in the Waymo fleet. To get from Downtown to Santa Monica, I just take the Metro Rail for $1.75 each way (Or $7 for the day pass) since I can deal with the issues as a local. But yeah for tourists, you can just use rideshare.

Commonplace in the Bay Area. If you guys have ever wanted to experience a Jaguar I-Pace, riding a Waymo would be your best bet 😂 I have honestly never seen an I-Pace outside of being a robotaxi. Thank goodness Jaguar could count on Google to buy up their stock of those EVs. Such a shame it never caught on since it’s really not that bad of a looker or performer

I remember the first time riding a bus at the airport being driverless. Weird event. How will the sexy videos happen with out a driver. I had a Volvo XC90 and saw where an autonomous flipped upside down. So wear that seatbelt. And be careful Lucifer use to help cops in la.
