Those are well built and pretty robust cabinets. How close do you estimate your van's future finished weight to be relative to the gvwr?

I kinda think once you've picked up the skills to build those cabinets, that's just about as hard as it will get. Everything else will be a breeze!

Sealing and/or staining the millwork is always easier without hardware on it. Not sure how you are finishing the wood.
