Over the last 9 years, we've had the opportunity to visit all 7 Wonders of the World! And I think we saved the best one for last :) Get up to a year's supply of immune supporting Vitamin D + 5 individual travel packs, both FREE with your first purchase! Click: athleticgreens.com/karaandnate
We were SO fortunate to have the once in a lifetime experience of going inside the Christ the Redeemer statue!! We were asked to share that this is NOT an experience that tourists can book or pay for... We just got really lucky, and we don't want to cause any trouble for the nice people who made this possible for us. So please do not reach out to them asking to go inside the statue :)

Who are Kara and Nate?!
Watch our documentary here: • 100th COUNTRY DOCUMENTARY
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married 2013 and were super “normal.” I was a teacher and Nate started a small printing business from the spare bedroom of our apartment.
We discovered the world of “travel hacking” while planning our honeymoon & became addicted ;)
So after 2 years of obsessively saving $35k and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016 for a “one year” trip around the world.
Our goal was to see as many places as possible before we ran out of money and went back home to “normal life.” We started this travel vlog to share our experiences with friends and family, but quickly fell in love with living on the road and found a new passion for capturing our travels through video. So we did everything we could to keep going.
4 years later, we achieved our new goal of visiting 100 countries and all 7 continents. We had no plans to slow down, until 2020 forced us to ;) Which is when we bought a converted van to start exploring our own country for the first time.
After ~2 years of van life, we are back to full time traveling! And now we are finding the best adventures the world has to offer :)
We are incredibly grateful to be able to continue doing something we love every day. 😊🎥🌎 Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our journey!

Yeah, I enjoyed all their vídeos I’ve watched so far, and they both seem great. But got a bit upset that they keep saying “gracias”, not knowing that “obrigado/obrigado” is how you thank people in Brasil kinda gives me the feeling that they didn’t bother to learning the very basically of the language, or even thought we speak Spanish where which is a bit insulting; even thought I loved all the Latam countries I’ve been too, culture to the people. It kinda gives me the impression, together with some videos in Japan, that they are the kind of tourist that just want to go to famous landmarks, and don’t care for the local culture and language: which, imo, is one of the greatest things about traveling.

Back then when you walked around the top rim, even as an 11 year old, the walls felt like they were beneath my knees. I remember being excited and terrified at the same time because of the height, which was nowhere near your height. Regardless I think we experienced the same feeling of week knees and feet.

I feel like I say this every time I comment, but I just absolutely love you two! And I love that I can feel your joy and gratitude for each experience you guys get to have. Thanks as always for sharing them with us all! It's one of my goals in life to be able to see the 7 natural wonders of the world 🤩

Absolutely amazing! I have been to Christ The Redeemer twice and can’t even imagine the experience you had. Seeing you so high up had my heart racing! Heights are not my thing but this is a sight not to be missed if you can get to Rio. I also so appreciate Kara’s history lesson after each wonder visit. I have watched all of your videos going way back and I think this is my favorite. ❤️

What an experience! Our Machu Picchu experience was the opposite of yours - post pandemic so less crowds, gorgeous weather, arrived there early and we were the only ones at the viewpoint for almost 15 mins!! Hope you get a re-do visit one day 😄

Such a beautiful ending to the 7 wonders. I read a book recently fictionalized but historically accurate of the original build, who designed it, what’s on the back of those tiles, etc…it was amazing. Thank you again you two!!!

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart! Every week I can travel with your help! This is something very special for me, because as a young woman I had a serious heart condition 1.5 years ago and will probably never be able to travel again myself. So thank you so much for these great videos that help me get healthy! Love, Sofie

I have to say I love all your videos but this one is one of my favorites! I am not a history fan but really enjoyed you telling the story of each wonder of the world along with your personal experiences at each one! And the videography of this one even made my fear of heights kick in!! Your video of you guys climbing the floating ladder in the mountains was intense and this was a close second as you two popped out of the shoulders of the statue!! Absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much for taking us along!! ❤

What an amazing opportunity! Congrats on making it to the 7th Wonder and how exciting that you got to climb to the top! The hike up would destroy me physically (lol) and the height would likely destroy me mentally, but I'm shocked that it freaked Nate out so much considering that crazy ladder hike in Switzerland you both did.

We all love watching you guys enjoy the wonders of the world, whether it's grand like these 7 wonders, or if it's just Nate almost setting fire to the van, and almost losing his eyebrows! 🥰 To be able to stand inside the arms of Christ, must have been so scary! But it was BEAUTIFUL!! 😍🤩😍Wishing you both safe trips in the future!

I cannot BELIEVE Kara and Nate FINALLY CAME TO BRAZILLLLLLLLLL ❤❤❤ Guys, you gotta visit lots of places to really get to know us, honestly, this country is huge and so are the cultural differences between the regions, it's amazing. Regardless of where you visit, I hope you guys have a great time!!! But.... I would be SO happy if you took some time to get to know us Brazilians a bit more 😊 I've been following you guys for years, can't miss a video, so this was awesome! 100 countries and you didn't have videos in Brazil, I thought you had a really bad experience with us or something, but I'm so happy you guys came now!

I’m guessing I’m one of the few who say this but Nate and Kara, this was super special. Why? You saved the best for last. Christ IS the Redeemer. All of the 7 wonders are epic. But in the end Christ rises above them all. Thank you sweet couple for sharing your adventures with us. I loved this one! May He continue to keep you safe in his arms. ❤
