I love how this is great memorial of Aussie roller coaster history and a tribute to grant whose story may have been lost to history.

Just catching up on this channel's back catalogue, outstanding documentary. This and Green Valley really are broadcast quality. Hope as this channel grows the views for these videos increase as I would love to see more of this style. Brilliant 👏.

The REX SAAB 340 sitting at the airport was great to see. I flew them for a while 18 years ago, they were already ancient. Great airplane

"Bar-mere-ah" It's barmrh, mate. ;) I have fond memories and lifelong scars from Monash. What a place. Witnessed a few kids go off the edge of the lower part of the straight slide and fall a few metres. Oof. Rub some dirt in it and back up the tower. Looks weird with all the green grass. It was just dirt when I was a kid.

Every time we go on road trips outside of Sa we go into Keith for a rest stop and I have been on that coaster many times, It was so cool watching you guys go and visit there. Also my mum has not so fond memories of Monash.

a park about 45 mins from my house has a grant telfer park vibe but with more budget, i believe it also technically has a coaster

Hahaha, Keith. I used to stop there nearly every time I played a gig in Adelaide when driving to Melbourne. Damn didn't know there was a credit there.

There was one of these Coasters in Geelong in the 80s and early 90s, I think it was called seagull park just down the road from Waterworld. Edit: found a brief clip of it at the end of this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/paHCZK2cd5WrmNUsi=So5yL9WWULr-5rIc
