The last one is basically a weighted hula hoop. Could just buy a cheap hula hoop and get the exact same workout in. It's not good for anything beyond burning calories, but a hula hoop is cheap and forces you to actually use your body to keep the hula hoop in motion, which will burn calories. Or you could just use your own body and get far better results at zero cost.

You should do kids toys that can be great exercises. The popular 90's toy "Skip-It" comes to mind or a go-to stick. I got my daughter a knockoff skip bit and it does similar to jumping rope.

The aqua bag was 100% made by someone who has been to jail lol. That's how jailbirds lift weights in the cell. Fill up trash bags with water, put them inside the jail shirts and lift them by hand or with broom handles.

First time commenter here. Ashamed to admit it but, I bought one of those ab zapper contraptions back in the early 2000s. And in the current year, they're still a bloody joke! Glad to say that through good old fashion healthy nutrition, consistant strength training and moderate cardio, I've gotten the muscle definition I wanted. Wish I could convince my family to do the same thing.....
