Well, it is a cleanser so you do expect a tingle and maybe slight burning. So when it started to be too much she did go take it off. Her face did look genuinely better afterwards though, so I don't think she had an actual reaction to it. Her skin is just that sensitive that it didn't like a new product. Kristin probably uses the same thing and has for a quite a while, which is why her sensitive skin would freak out.

@@mirandaranda A cleanser is meant to tingle or feel like it's slightly burning. Peels aren't actually supposed to.. but they do hurt slightly when taking off usually. A cleanser's main job is to get deep down into pores and clean everything, which is why they usually tingle/burn. What you should be watching for though is your skin turning red or the burning lasting a long period, those are signs of a reaction. However, you can get cleansers that are made for sensitive skin, which usually don't burn or even tingle.. they usually include some sort of mint, or something along those lines, for a soothing/cooling effect.

FYI guys your face should not feel tight after washing. It means what ever you’re using is stripping too much moisture from your skin. Your face should feel clean but also hydrated!

Dermatologists typically tell you to determine what kind of skin you have to wash your face and then not moisturize and wait. This way, if your skin feels tight you have dry skin. If your skin is producing oil you have oily skin. And if you have spots of tightness and spots of oil you have combination. With moisturizer if your skin feels tight you probably have a very drying moisturizer.

You guys should also try the Milk Jelly Cleanser from Glossier (esp Kristin!) I have super sensitive skin as well but the cleanser feels great on the skin and you can even open your eyes while washing, CRAZY I KNOW, but totally works to remove all the make up and grime from the day. Freddie you should give it a try as well since I also have dry skin and most cleansers leave my face feeling a bit tight or dry after except for Glossier! KEEP IT UP!

@@OurGlamLives Completely feel you! Apparently the cleanser uses the same ingredients as eye contact solution and that's why it's easy on the eyes. They have a mini version of the full cleanser that I think is $9 (also great for travel) BUT usually when I order online, they include a tester of it as well. I would also recommend going to a Glossier location and they have sinks there for you to try the products. Maybe check out the ingredients in the moisturizer and see if any of the same show up for the face wash? Sorry for the super long response but I hope that this helps!

E.L.F. has a great dupe for glossier's cleanser called Bounce Back Jelly Cleanser that's the same as far as I can tell, but it's only $6. Plus, it smells like coconut!

Should have tried Glossier's Jelly Cleanser. It's amazing for almost all kinds of skin, smells amazing, and is overall a 10/10 cleanser. It's also very soft on the skin, so ti definitely wouldn't burn Kristin the way that Drunk Elephant one did
