Barry, you got a (fairly old) kitchen hack to get the waffles our of the machine.... search for waffle fork. it's basically a hand grip with 2 longer but thinner prongs on it (like 2 extra thin bamboo skewers). You then just stab the waffles from the side and pick them up as you would do with a fork. @8:00

I would love to get one of these but my other half only eats potato waffles. I love sweet ones andwould end up looking like the side of a (waffle) house from eating so many, it looks ace!
