Hello, friendly neighbourhood seamstress/lingerie designer here: I love these videos and I know they're meant to be fun rather than educational, but a little knowledge on the subject would be good because a lot of Ladylike's bra vids have complaints about bras that could be avoided with a little research. Just a couple of examples from this video: 1) Devin buying a "demi bra" (a term meaning a bra that does not cover the whole breast) and being seemingly surprised that it doesn't cover the nipple. 2) The "useless pockets" on Kristen's bra are called "breast slings", and are 100% essential for any medium to large bust bra as it gives the breast a lot of support and stops the breasts falling to the sides (this is different from pockets that sometimes are in bras to hold additional padding or prosthetics) Sometimes the sling is hidden inside, sometimes it's made a decorative feature on the outside of the bra. I love Ladylike their bra videos tend to grind my gears because so many of their complaints could be avoided if they researched the absolute basics of bras!

I have a few bras from Amazon that I love! It just depends on the brand. With med-large breasts a good brand is key but i have a couple that were 32 &36$ I absolutely love.

Unfortunately girls with bigger boobs have less options with bras. They can be cute or they can be functional. There is no in between. I myself haven't worn an underwire bra is about 3 years and I quit having back problems. Problem with sports bras is that you have to deal with mono-boob. Wish it was socially acceptable to just go braless.

It's pretty socially acceptable to be braless if you have small perky boobs... some of us have less than what's considered "normal" boobs. I have found cute and comfortable bras from some plus size stores but I don't really care, I'd rather just feel comfortable with how my boobs look. There should be acceptance of free the nipple as well as a push for people to understand boobs/nipples come in all shapes and sizes and colors.

Rhiannon George try soma bras, they have small band sizes with bigger cup sizes, like up to cup size H, in most, not all, (mostly the normal bras, but the wireless are usually smaller cup sizes) but I think they go down to a 28 or 30 band size? And up to a 42?

I am 100% with Kristen on not buying bras on Amazon. I also completely see where she’s at with having only four bras because the ones that actually do what I asked large breasted women need them to do cost at minimum $75 LOL. I have like three bras that support me well and it’s in everyone of them cost at least $75 LOL :-) That’s when the semi annual sale at Lane Bryant or a buy one get one free sale at Torrid Is one of the most exciting days of your freaking life.

Or do what I do. Get properly sized in a certain brand/style (my go to is actually that elomi matilda bra shown in the video) buy that one in the shop for 90$ and then go to amazon and order that bra in the same size in 6 different colours for half that price. Done. I now have an actual collection of bras, I have like 10 or so. :D

Anneke Oosterink I have been properly sized and the struggle for me isn’t the bra itself it’s just a matter of finding that bra that is in my size as I have checked Amazon for the style of bra that I wear and I haven’t had much luck finding it in my size. I always try periodically to check to see if it’s been updated in my size but not very often. Every once in a great while I do get lucky though :-)

The large-chested girl's troubles are real!! (I say this as part of the tribe!) Any bra is more expensive and usually less cute, there aren't bralettes available and if you find one, gravity will just have its way with the girls, and there's next to no way online shopping will work! There'd better be a great return policy, or there is no no no way! It's just such a hassle. Of course, because of the back pain, I'm probably going to desert and have a reduction (I sleep in a heating pad every night and wear a corset for support and the pain never ends, made worse by chronic illness, but still caused because of there's too much of them!!), so I'm gonna have to admit defeat. The bright side is I can pick my new cup size, they'll be symmetrical, and gravity will be a lil less bossy! Cheers to all the gals with bra struggles out there. We shall overcome!

maybe try a chiropractor for your pain istead of something as restricting as a corset and dont sleep with a bra on so that u can breath better and maybe talk to a female relative that you are close to like a mother or sister to see if they have any tips because it is possible that the problem runs in the family. all of these things i have done and feel fine. i had to because i am 13 with a C 36 size!
