Happy to have a look if you have a source other than the original reports from a few journalists. Obviously sous vide and boil in the bag are different things so if it was true that would be deceptive. It wouldn't really counter the fact that catering company food was being brought in and sold at that size a mark up. Or that they were using frozen produce when Ramsey goes off at so many other places for doing that but it would be worth noting.

I've got to be honest... I tend to lose a tremendous amount of respect for "chefs" that open up product lines in the frozen food industry. Gordon in particular is a huge offender considering he literally made his career off of screaming about other people's bad food. The irony that he's screamed at chefs, in the face, for serving frozen food or using beef in Shepard's pie or screwing up the risotto, only to then launch a frozen product line with his brand and name that commits every egregious cooking sin he's ever complained about. I love Gordon, but he's rich, famous, extremely successful.. he doesn't need a frozen food line to make him MORE millions of dollars, especially one where the food tastes like shit and he's using the power of his brand and success to dupe people into buying shit food on the false implication that it'll taste "better" than average frozen food. It doesn't. Stouffer's and Gordon's lasagna are almost identical, and that's by far the best product he has to offer in his entire product line. Its so blatantly false advertised its a borderline scam.
