No bro the real story behind maharani mahansar is in 1800s it was a local made liquor by the people of Mahansar so basically it was Hathkad. That means made by hands. Then on the occasion of Bikaner's prince marriage it was taken and that time it was so strong that a single bottle makes whole village high. They told them go and pour thos bottle in water tank of your estate and give that to everyone so a single bottle was that much strong that time.
