Just for a future reference for anyone wanting vegan chocolate “croissants,” pillsbury crescent rolls are vegan and I just roll in some vegan chocolate chips (with a little raspberry jam sometimes) when assembling them and cook normally and they taste great!

I feel like there’s such a misconception about how expensive it is to be vegan. It might seem more expensive at first because people tend to go crazy and get all of the super expensive organic healthy stuff, but I have saved so much money being vegan. Don’t know what it’s like in other countries but in Canada meat is expensive and as a student in university right now being vegan has helped me save a whole lot of money.

lot of it depends on where you live I live Where the land is either prairie or desert, not good for crowing crops, good for grazing cattle. Which means all produce is shipped in from distances and is either expensive or bad quality. Veganism is just not a financial possibility for me where I live. unless I eat nothing but cheap dried beans for every meal. The important thing to remember is that prices of foods differ greatly all over. an what is possible for you might not be for others, Like I cannot afford an extra 50$ a week in my grocery budget, so I eat a lot of chicken.

I tried the 7 day vegan challenge 8 months ago....and the 7 days never ended😂 After I saw how easy it was and I knew I could be healthy on a vegan diet I just carried on and 7 days turned in to months which will probably turn in to my entire life, I can’t imagine going back! Loved this video and how open minded you and your kids were!💕
