In the US, for Regional Referees, the test is 75m in 17 secs and 25m in 20 secs.

In Egypt, we do a first of 6*40 m under 6.20 second then take a recovery for 8 to 10 minutes before starting 75 m in 15 second and 25 m in 18 second 40 times. I am doing this since 2017. It's very tough and requires you to prepare well.

For me, the hardest thing was the different pace on the curves vs down the straights. For reference, the 3rd lane on the curve is about 7 meters longer than the inside lane. I practice the test there so if I'm in a group that has slow members I won't fail because I have to run outside of them.

I agree if you are not lucky you could have to work alot harder than some of the people you are running with!

Remember the for the 75m run you are supposed to have stopped at the 75m not run past it 5 to 10 metres then walk. You need to slow down before the marker.

In Somalia we Do: 75m in 15 secs, 25m walk in 18 secs x40 or ×10 laps

Did my first fitness test today it was challenging but I need to work on my breathing and another of leg work

Wouldn’t say it is a new test. This one has been implemented since 2016, maybe new to the FA, but seem to be behind what all the FIFA tournaments expect as the referee test

We have been running the Cooper test forever so this is new to us in England! and it has alot of people worried!

75 m in 15 sec Sprint, 25 m recovery in 18 sec is not that bad. But try 75m in 15 sec and 25 m recovery in 15 sec, you'll see fire my colleagues.
