This reviewer obviously has a western states (ie California) taste with a bias toward lower calorie foods. As a midwesterner now living in the south, I would rate and rank the items differently. Of course you want spicy cheese on spicy chicken. And people were always asking for lettuce and tomato on their chicken sandwich so of course it makes sense to offer on the menu what people are asking for. And pickles _off_ of a chicken sandwich !! Then why are you going to Chick-fil-a in the first place?!?

This person has never made or potentially even eaten a sandwich in their life. You keep the cheese away from the tomatoes because otherwise they slide against each other and fall out. You keep the cool toppings away from the hot so they don't wilt immediately. You don't put lettuce near the top since it will shred and break away, falling down the side of the sandwich, instead you keep it nestled into the bottom bun.
