I ripped a 440 out of a motorhome in Salida Colorado long before Finnegan & Freiburger made their Roadkill episode. We used a 1986 D-150 with a" harbor of greatness" cherry picker. A couple of middle aged beer drinking men for ballast.

I just got to see the first episode of "Faster without Finnegan," and it was great. I wasn't too worried when Finnegan left because I thought you guys could carry it just fine. You delivered in spades. Great concept, great execution. My cheeks are sore from smiling so much during this episode. Been there, done this. It was a 440 out of a motor home, but pretty much the same maneuver. Then drove home with the engine hanging off the back of the wrecker (the corners chained down so it didn't swing too much). Oh well, I was 17 and stupid- it worked though.

This is lookin like a fun build! I pulled my Cummins engine out of my Blue Bird Bus myself! I blocked up the engine and took out a s**t load of nuts and bolts and Backed the Bus up!
