How do these do in winter ? Will they ice over like other led headlights ?

These units are not heated at this time. We recommend using a ceramic coating to prevent moisture buildup in snowy conditions!

@@matthewking4470 Keep in mind, ceramic coating may not help with highway driving in very heavy snow, as the buildup period would overcome even heated lamps. It's not foolproof by any means, but is certainly a great advantage and will help!

Classic cars such as those utilize a 7" sealed beam headlight. These are a true 9" for the JL and JT Jeeps. We'll pass that along to our engineering team for future thoughts on a 7" universal option!

It will work with both Halogen and LED factory headlights! Sport models will use the included add-a-fuse to provide DRL power.

I would like this video a thousand times if I could. I am so glad you guys decided to make headlights. The price is amazing as well, I don't think it's that bad at all my car has an option for LEDs from the factory that are almost twice as much from the dealer. Please come out with headlights this nice for WRXs specifically 15-21 and other Subarus too :) I spy an aspen white GD in your parking lot behind the customer service ;)

These are 917 lumens each for the low beams, and 1398 lumens for the high beam, with 54,500 candela, and 76,000 candela, respectively!

I installed a set on my wife's wrangler. 2 things, missing the adjustment key and neither a 4mm or 4.5mm socket fits. The other thing, for $800, you think a heat shrink sleeve would be included for the switch wire. No switch included.

You should not need a tazer! These are completely plug-and-play with halogen models!

Just Ordered My Elite Max Headlights. Can't wait to get them and install them. The Off-road feature is going to be nice while leading trips through Michigan's Upper Peninsula wilderness. My only concern is the snow. Do these put out enough heat to keep the snow from building up on the lens? These should be a great compliment to my SS3 Pro Amber Fogs.

I ordered my elite max in November. Sounds like mine didn’t ship yet but maybe will ship in the middle of January. I’m hoping I like them, especially for what I paid. I was going to go with Oracle but bought I’d give these a try. I hope I’m not getting too excited and then let down. Everyone I’ve talked to though says that Diode Dynamics is the #1 company for lighting, that’s a good sign.
