Sara and Luca this is more common than you think early on in a pregnancy. I’ve had several family members start off like this and then the placenta moves and others that it doesn’t and they have to do a C-section. Either way the important thing is that you and your little girl, (I think it’s a girl) are healthy. I will be praying for you to continue to stay healthy and safe. Just very important that you follow doctor‘s orders and don’t do a lot of strenuous things and get plenty of rest. As far as videos, if you need to rest and not do one every week then so be it. It’s more important that you don’t stress out about anything right now. I love you both and God bless you. 💞🙏🏻

Dear Sara and Luca, I had placenta previa for my baby also. Byron was delivered very healthy and safely by C Section and all went very well for both of us. He is now a 30 year old strong healthy man. Sending so much love and many blessings to you three from Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺 😘❤️ Oh, just to add also, I had two other very healthy children afterwards who weren’t placenta previa. Ronan is now 21 and Allegra is 20 years old. So all went well afterwards too.

I was diagnosed with the same, and my placenta didn't move enough out of the way, so my son was born by c-section. I had absolutely no problems with the pregnancy. I even got to make a "reservation" for his birth within the week that the doctor preferred to deliver- which was close to full term. This was actually very convenient! He was born perfectly healthy and I was fine, too. So, try not to worry, and rejoice in your great news that both you and your gorgeous baby are both in perfect health. Such a blessing!

Sara & Luca, I had placenta previa with my first pregnancy. I know how scary it can be! Fortunately, it reversed itself and I was able to have a natural childbirth and a healthy baby boy who is now 28 years old. Whatever happens, try not to worry. You will be wonderful parents and a happy family. 💜

You have to remember you are commenting to a person who made a head ache a big deal. It wasn't even bad enough that she qualified for the treatment. Main thing is that the baby and mother are healthy. These gender reveal parties are another way to mooch money off of good people. When I had kids, people asked me what did I want. I said" a healthy baby, boy or girl don't matter as long as it's healthy"

I also had the same issue. Around 7 mos pregnant I started spotting. After ultrasound they said it was partial coverage and they said there was still a change to migrate up. On Feb 11th (my due date was March 1st) I started spotting again and they didn’t let me leave the hospital. I had a c section within the hour. I had a healthy 7 lb 3 oz baby girl. She was my 3rd and last baby. You will be good no matter what way it turns out. I am praying for migration of your placenta and a natural child birth 🙏🏻

My sister was Placentia Previa back in the 1950’s and ended up being an emergency c-section. So with todays advanced technology it is wonderful that you can plan for a normal c-section. My own birth story didn’t go as planned either…….however, it is the grand prize at the end! A healthy beautiful baby Girl or Boy. Much love to you both.

I had placenta previa with my son and it did move up and out of danger. My son was a very big baby of 9 lbs 7 ozs. And very healthy. Yes be quiet activities and I think this is more common than we know. I was shocked and worried too and so happy to hear it moved out of the way in time for delivery. Because he was so big I did need a c-section but my first babies I delivered naturally. Stay healthy and keep your faith.

I had placenta previa and went through a C-section. My daughter is a beautiful, healthy, smart young adult. My advice is to rest, no strenuous activity or travel. Wishing you both the very best for a healthy and beautiful baby.

Sara and Luca I understand how you feel. I had placenta previa with the added problem of the umbilical cord wrapped around my daughter’s neck. She was born by c-section without any problems at all. Casey is now 33-years-old and is actually 26 weeks pregnant! I hope this gives you some peace! Can’t wait to see the gender reveal! A low placenta is very common. I had it with our third child. As the baby grows, it often corrects itself. We will pray for you anyway and wish you a happy, healthy pregnancy and baby girl. Congratulations 💖💝💖

Awwww, a C-section is wonderful too! My daughter had twins which is super high risk and chose to have a C-section and it was a great experience! I hope and pray you get the natural birth plan you want 🙏🏻 and I pray that your placenta goes where it belongs 🙏🏻 but a C-section is also beautiful experience and the important thing is only that the baby and mother are healthy. I had placenta previa with one of my twins. I bled heavily for weeks (which was very frightening) and had to go on bed rest during that time. However, as the twins grew, the placenta moved, the bleeding stopped and I was back on my feet and had no more problems. I did deliver by c-section, but that was because it was twins and I already had a previous c-section. They were both born around 6lbs and went home with me from the hospital. I had a home birth planned with my first child & ended up in hospital with a c-section. Life does not always play out the way you plan - the important goal is to have a healthy baby! Relax, rest and try not to stress yourself.

Sara and Luca my prayers are with you. My daughter went through it at 20 weeks her placenta was extremely low, she even had some bleeding. The placenta moved up at her 31 week ultrasound it was back where it belonged and 3 months ago my beautiful granddaughter was born naturally. Have faith and know we're all praying.

Hi. I had low lying placenta at my 20 week scan. I had a follow up scan at 35 weeks and my placenta was borderline low. The consultant wasn’t too worried and scheduled a follow up scan for 37 weeks. My son was born naturally at 36+1 days, happy and healthy with no complications for either of us. Hopefully your placenta will move up as your pregnancy progresses.

I have a preterm baby who's now seventeen and attending University of Santa Cruz! She was six or seven weeks early. I had bleeding at the very end and was put on a medical helicopter to maternity ICU. She was delivered C-section within 10 days. Everything turned out perfect. Do not worry 🙏💛💗

In all honesty both pregnancy's had their ups and downs but in both case I had normal delivery's ( maybe a little too long on the labor side), We're sure that you'll deliver a healthy baby - either a boy or a girl will be so special to you both. Staying there is perfect though! You’re nesting & can get everything ready. You can also take it easy & get lots of sleep because soon you will be very tired & forget what feeling rested is like! Also if you were swimming in the Mediterranean, your grapes might all go bad & you wouldn’t have the cake & jams & all your other wonderful vegetables to harvest to enjoy this winter. It’s well worth it to stay home & incubate your precious new little one. I think it’s going to be a girl. That’s my guess!! Many blessings & well wishes ❤️

I had three C sections. The upside, you are able to schedule the birth and zero pain. The downside, you have a longer recovery, but it’s manageable. Remain positive and enjoy this beautiful time in your lives

It is VERY normal for the placenta to be low lying at this stage of pregnancy - up until 34 weeks. The placenta 'moves' or migrates up to 5mm/week as the uterus expands to make room for baby. So please try not to worry about this right now! Enjoy your pregnancy! It goes by so fast and then when baby arrives it is a whole different beautiful life you will be living together:)

My friend also had the low lying placenta. She began to meditate at night while lying on her bed. She would listen to “Guided Meditation for a Happier + Healthier pregnancy”on youtube. The placenta moved to the correct position within 2 weeks of meditating every night. She released her fears and allowed herself to trust God(the universe). ❤️

Both mine were C sections. Her 28 (cord wasn't long enough for her to drop into the canal) and him, 24 (complications I won't go into) now. The plus is you get to schedule it, so no 2am delivery and the whole family can be close. Sara still looks exactly the same, so I"m going with a boy. Raising a family, is an adventure all on it's own. You have each other, you are going to be great.

My Placenta Privia was discovered late in my pregnancy with my youngest son. I was young, scared and things were happening so fast I was having trouble understanding what it all meant. They put me in a hospital bed for four weeks with orders to stay in bed and not sleep on my back. I had excellent care, he was delivered a month early by cesarean and is now a very healthy 34 yr old man. You are two very thoughtful, courageous people having wonderful adventures, living a full loving life with many, many stories to tell years from now. I understand how scary this is especially being your first baby. My daughter in law experienced problems as well and was told she had to have a c section. Dear Sara and Luca, I too had placenta previa, 34 years ago. I spent four months on my back ‘hatching’! And needle pointing his first Christmas stocking. My son was born at 7 months, c-section- he was healthy, early but healthy. He now has a son and daughter of his own. Treat yourself gently, keep breathing and enjoy every second - Mother Nature has special processes and protections for mothers and their babies. Sending white light energy to you both.

She had to be on bed rest for last 6 weeks of pregnancy and then with lots of rest it eventually moved up the last 2 weeks of her pregnancy. Sara and Luca! We were exactly where you are last Spring. I had a partial placenta previa at 20 weeks and a few other placenta issues. Like you, I was so scared, I cried for weeks and couldn’t sleep. My doc said there was a good chance that the placenta would move up and sure enough it did! I was all cleared for natural delivery at 24 weeks and the other issues were monitored closely for the rest of my pregnancy. We were even able to take a one week trip in our truck camper at 33 weeks pregnant! I had Mara naturally at 40 weeks and now here I am with our healthy 4 month old baby watching your story. My girls were born in ‘82 & ‘85 back then you did my get an ultrasound unless there was a concern or problem. Now it seems like common place. Our youngest had an ultrasound to find out the second with both of her girls. ❤️ I liked being surprised when they were born.

Sara and Luca, I too had placenta previa with my son. This was 36 years ago and all ended well with a very healthy boy and now an amazing human and father of two beautiful children of his own. Though I was not put on bed rest I needed to take it easy, not work and travel was limited. The Placenta did move up but not quite enough so I did have a C section with again no complications. Both my births were cesarean. Not what I had planned and dreamed of. They went well and although I did ache over the loss of having natural births, I got my wonderful babies safe and healthy. These changes in you life plans are just a hint of how your lives will change once your precious baby arrives! As for daily videos, that would be wonderful to see and much less stress on you two I’d imagine. Be well and relax these last months as much as possible before he/she enters the world!

I had the same condition. I was 40 years old at the time. I had to spend most of my pregnancy laying down. My son was born at 28 weeks and I had cesarian. He grew to be 6' tall. He's 28 now. Don't worry. PRAY.

I will keep the three of you in my prayers. 🙏🏾 I have known mamas that had this condition and several had successful C Sections. I think the placenta sometimes moves up. Either way, I believe you are going to have a healthy, happy and beautiful baby. I think you are having a little boy.
