These are really beautiful but you can def see the sheerness through some of them, which sucks.. but regardless your eye look turned out absolutely STUNNING! You look so beautiful with deep tones on your eyes- so jealous because if I make my look too smokey, I look like I got punched in the face or like a racoon! I wonder if the sheer ones would work/look better over a shadow of a similar tone...absolutely love that light pinky one but it was sheer..it would look awesome as an inner corner highlight.. & the deep shade you said for a smokey eye- yes please!❤

Thank you for the review! I recently got the Amour and was battling it myself. I thought I wasn’t applying it right. I guess it was because I was putting it on thin and like you said, it looked patchy! Now I know what the problem was. Still pretty shades that I will wear lightly, but it is not what I was expecting. I’m a multi-chrome fanatic but I had the same issues with these. I found mine to be very drying yet they took a long time to set on the lid. You’re always so kind to film what we request! 💚

Completely agree with yours' and Alicia's sentiments that the ND Chromiums are easier to work with. However, the pigmentation on these is nuts and I've found they pair really well with similarPat McGrath shades and ultimately enhance them.

Because it's the kind of product that is so new and exciting to get that it's even more disappointing than the average fail when they aren't great. Eh I was on the fence about this but I think I'll skip. I figured out early on it's not real multi-chrome but I loved Soulmate and True Luv anyway. I'll just settle for the Linda Hallberg Interstellar liquid shadow that I just got. That baby is amazing!

There are so many stunning multi chromes from the small Indie brands, that work far more easily and have been around for years, that I'll turn to everytime. I love this brand, but I don't think these products look ready to market. Great review! Thanks!

Have you ever tried Nikkia Joy loose pigments? She has chromoshift loose pigments that look amazing! The price looks very reasonable as well.

Aww i am disappointed! I bought 5 of them on launch date on 12/2, I STILL have not received notification of shipping! I tried to email customer service and they only give me cookie cutter response that due to holidays and high volumes of orders I will need to be patient to wait. But its been TWENTY days without even an update from Danessa Myricks..I tried to tag them on IG to ask for help or at least an update to when they will ship out the Twin Flames as they are coming out with new products like their contour balm already! I am disappointed to say the least :(

Danessa Myrick’s ain’t making no commitments to what this product is lol. You get two shifts it’s a duochrome and if you get three it’s a multichrome; they covered all their bases 😂.

Nothing wrong with duochromes and some of those shades are real pretty to me!! 😍 The name twin flames sort of hints at the idea of 2 / duochromes though?? 🤔 I think the messaging could be made clearer, and if I know what I'm getting into then there's no problem. I don't know if there's such a term as #chromebait, or #chromebaiting, but I think the beauty community could do with something like that to help consumers. Just like clickbait; I don't like it. If you're going to charge customers the cost of what would be expected for true multichrome pigments (minimum of 3 different/obvious shifts in color), then I don't want to see that price tag if it's a duochrome. It's only fair in my opinion.
