Someone who works at Dirty Bird love the way everyone tries to replicate KFC. The only difference it’s cooked under pressure so that’s why it’s not as crispy. Love the episode ❤

Amazing recipe, thank you for sharing, I made this a while ago for my hubby, been meaning to post about how successful and tasty this recipe is, I made a gluten free dairy free version, I even used the seasoned gf flour spice mix to make a gravy! It was sooo good and so much better than kfc, we haven’t eaten kfc for 15 years, because of our condition (as my lil brother calls it! lol ) it’s great now we can enjoy a better version of it now! 👌🙌🏻😋

After cooking it if ya want more spice dust it with a bit of ground chilli. Or ground cayenne pepper

I made this recipe and flavour wise it was bangin, especially with the msg, although i personally think it was over seasoned with herbs and spices, most other recipers use teaspoons of herbs n spices where this one uses tablespoons, next time id maybe deduct 1/3rd-1/2 the spice to flour ratio

Decided to give the recipe a try. Is the 3 tablespoons of white pepper correct? Sounds like a lot of pepper. I wussed out and only used one tablespoon. I’ll find out tonight how it works out.
