I never comment but y’all are speaking to my SOUL!!! I was married young and was doing ALLL of the roles in the relationship. We ended up getting divorced a year later because I was so sick of the stress and lack of effort from my partner. It’s so important as women to know our boundaries!

I love that you talked about balance in the home. Everyone's version of balance is going to be diffrent and can change depending on the season. I used to try to balance it all as well cause " I didn't want to be a burden" it took a lot of years but now I no to voice what I need to be a happier person. I love that you talked about habit stacking and it encouraged me to take that into the new year😊

I recently got custody of my 2yr old cousin when I also have another 2yr old and a 6yr old. When I tell you it feels like I have a set of twins AND a toddler. I literally feel like I’m drowning 24/7 and it is so hard. And this is all Naz knows. I cannot imagine how hard it was as newborns and trying to balance everything. I look up to Naz so much as a mom because you’re truly such a great mother to your kids but also an amazing partner and person. Your family is so beautiful and I’ve always admired how much your husband loves and supports you. I wish you both nothing but the best in 2025 and may it always find you ❤❤❤

Honestly its so crazy to me that getting help is looked down upon in the west. In India (and Im sure in other asian/ middle eastern countries) you normally have someone cooking and cleaning your house even if you dont have kids! Its also tradition to get the grandparents involved in raising the kids too!

I love the book about the Compound Effect and building healthy habits. Rather than some big far off goal, it’s better to create a lifestyle that complements the type of person you want to be. That way it is much more sustainable I don’t like the resolution thing either. If I have a desire, I’m going to implement healthy habits today and create a plan to get me there

23:30 girrrr i get judge and been getting looked down on since i was 18 i been a stay at home mom on a off tired so many job went to school for can for pharmacist but being a sahm was my number one realized that i had to work on myself mentally . Not over work myself.

I agree with help in the home especially as a mother to multiple children. The thing with a night nurse is babies really do need their mothers and it truly is beyond beneficial to the baby at that point in their life to their nervous system etc. So for that I don’t see how a night nurse is helpful. However I’d rather have a housekeeper and someone to help cook or with the children during the day to help me sleep and just bond with baby.

45:37 Guys not only do other countries way better with pre labor and months of maternity leave it also depends on your own culture. I live in Germany and we have a great system when it comes to that. However I am East African and my parents lived in Saudia too. When a woman gives birth after that all she has to do is rest after that for 40 days. Everything else is taken care of by either mother in law or mom, aunts, cousins, just the community and support.

I think ppl are just jealous girls, or have a close minded , I’m Mexican a mother of 3 kids 7, 5 and 4 and my mother is the first one to say something negative , from me giving birth when I got an epidural trying to say “oh wasn’t a women enough” bc she had them” all natural” and “no help” like dude trust me if I can avoid the pain why not, anddddd now that the kids are older I have zero help , the one who steps us sometimes is my mother in law but my mother almost never and she always says “I never had alone time” this and that and in my head I’m like if you know how it is why wouldn’t you help YOUR DAUGHTER!!!

A lot of the time it’s just misery loves company, they have a mindset of “if I went through it, so should you” 😢 it’s so sad I wish we took our hardships and helped others instead of expecting them to just deal with it because it happened to us
