Hi to all at d&j,enjoyed the chatting in the truck dave so keep it up please, thankyou to stevie for explaining to us that the wheelie bin fits through the gap and the gate wont come out any further so will fit with the gate on but shame others in the comments couldn't listen to you,the crusher bucket looks a great peice of kit which I'm sure will be part of your daily day very soon, shame on the block problem but luckily you not only have the best subscribers😝but have the best understanding customers aswell, good to see more yard work as good to see everything you get up to guy's,good to see stevie guiding and helping finn and jack and its good that they want to kearn aswell and i wish when i was their age I'd have had someone like stevie and dave showing me how to do things, cheers everyone at d&j including everyone behind the scenes you are one big awesome team💪🙂👍

I’d love to see the bin test with the gate fitted. It’s gonna be mighty tight. 😊 Love the way you let the boys do that gate but we’re there to advise, best way for them to learn. One tip, if I may. Cut the top of the wooden posts at a slight angle so ant rain runs off. If flat, even if treated, there is a risk if water ingress.😊

Hello chaps, Stevie, I see you've got a (work in progress) tattoo, what is it of? I love the artwork side of tattoos. Also watching Dave when he drives with one hand, I do exactly the same, always have done, I know it's technically not right but its reassuring to see somebody else do it. Good vlog this week, I understand your frustration with the non-existent block delivery. Good to see the ongoing training for employees, good company that does that. Best wishes Christine x

The big JCB thing - you need a trailer to transport it to job sites - I would expect you to get a lot of work hiring it out with the operator but also job work with it available away from the yard esp with the new toys fitted. ORRRRR Are you going to be the company to knock down and recycle the remains of the fats at the back of the yard when they get permission or the green light to replace them? A tip for you when they going to replace the flats ask the developer to find you some land to move to becuse the location of your yard and machines would be better for the developer if you were not in that location making noise and dust etc thus the flats would sell for more money

Good afternoon D&J team yes I know I’m 24hours late but better late than never, was busy yesterday we had a visitor and I thought it wouldn’t look good if I whipped out the iPad and started watching a video so this was first chance I got to watch you as I figured out last night alcohol doesn’t mix well with the old morphine as I passed out 😂😂😂 and I’d only had a couple of drinks for the first time in about 15 years and I pass out but never mind I don’t remember much of what happened I remember the good wife asking something about if I was just drinking orange juice and then that was it I woke up early hours in bed 😂😂😂😂😂😂 and the good wife has a face like fat today especially when she looks no glowers at me what have I done wrong? 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Stevie I totally agree with you there definitely isn’t enough thank staff for the good job they have done and to much blaming people and telling them off if done something wrong. I quite like Toto Wolves way of thinking and runs his F1 team with a no blame culture and I think listening to the teams a few others are starting to go that way Williams, McLaren, and I think it was Ferrari was going that way as well. I think that is brilliant but you have to be careful people don’t go to far or take advantage of it like doing something because they know they won’t be blamed. So we’ll done to you for thanking and praising Finn and Jack for hanging those gates and putting in that panel that was a tough job and you wouldn’t know that the panel was cut on an angle looking at it so well done to all involved great job well done. Dave great job with that soil screener bucket you certainly smashed through it and put a big dent in the soil pile but I would like to see what it will do with wet soil because I think the way it works it may cope with wet soil and that rock crushing bucket is a beast from the little bit we seen. The way and speed it crushed that granite rock was amazingly easy and just chewed it up and spat it out was brilliant it’s only downside is you can’t quite rent it out by the day without the jcb and that’s not going to happen unless un get a bigger truck and trailer for it. 😂😂😂😂😂 Well done to all the team for all their work whether on a job, in the yard or on training courses you all do your bit 110% . Dave you should have sent Chelsea on the resin course with Stevie and the 3 lads I think she would have loved it and be a good help on the job. Same with the fork lift truck training it would be handy for her in the yard. 😊😊😊😊
