No disrespect to the other two guests, but Sam the farrier's job is way more technical and interesting. There's A LOT that can go wrong or be done wrong in the craft of farriers, It helps that he's a stallion himself of course. But no comparison to pressure washing or opening packs of plastic toys.

I wrote to him to Sam telling him that I had specific problems with one of my Dartmoor horses and I told him I wished that he was here in Tehachapi California and be able to repair the damage. It has been done on my horse and he acknowledged me anyway, and put his thumbs up, he is wonderful man ! And that smile oh boy, that smile !

There's nothing mundane about shoeing a horse. You only have to see a horse that's been badly-shod to understand how difficult and technical it is.

I've been watching Sam on KZbin for a bit. I love his rapport with the horses. When you own horses, the farrier is such an important part of your team in keeping your horses happy and healthy. When you find a really good one, you never want to let them go. I've had the same farrier for almost 20 years now. I will literally cry if he ever tells me he is retiring.

Sam's expression of welcoming the host along at the end was so humble with a hint of funny flirtation. Both could be straight for all I know but dang Sam is dangerous🥰 I JUST watched him for the first time this past week for a couple shorts I believe (hense this my feed). My brother had horses when I was a young city boy and I would spend the weekends begging mom to get out there. I road horse (also a calm, kind bull), cleaned chicken horse and cow barns, helped with the hay bailing attics-especially for the long New England winter. All city kids should have the chance to do this if even with local rural homesteads and farms. It was a magical juxtaposition with life long effects

I have to confess that the first video I had to watch it twice and I felt so guilty I initially forgot about the horses. 🤭 It’s not just that he is so hot, it’s also how sweet and skillful he is with the horses. His smile is precious and his accent is so manly and caring. I think any man that treats animals well looks more attractive, especially dogs and horses. Sam is my favorite farrier. God bless you! ❤️💞🩷

Sam has lots of follower in the United States also. Many of the followers are ladies. Yes, he's hot but it's not just that as the reason most stay. He's a good, nice man who really cares about the horses, enjoys his work and does it well. It isn't true that women like bad boys. No. No. We like men who work and act like Sam. God bless him.

It's just so interesting to me that it's OK for a female presenter to comment on a mans looks and body in this way. Had it been a male presenter commenting on a womans body it would start a "MeToo"-riot. Let's just stop objectifying any of the sexes and focus on who they are and what they do.

Oh dear , how embarrassing for sam the farrier , the comments about his physique are totally unacceptable , yet no doubt the producers laugh it off .. if this banter was said about a woman that was a farrier, there would be uproar! Yet it's seems it's acceptable to behave like this to the men , this morning and also loose woman producers seem to almost encourage it .. come producers were all for a laugh but this would not be tolerated if it was aimed at a woman 👎🏼👎🏼
